Stay connected with Your Other Family Doctor at home or on the go with our new mobile app. All of the conveniences of our website such as viewing records, making an appointment, and prescription refill request are now available on the app. The app also launches our brand-new loyalty rewards program where you can earn stamps which can be redeemed for up to a $100 reward. Check out our website or ask one of our friendly staff members for more information about the app and loyalty rewards program. In order for your pet’s information to sync within the app, we require a valid email address on file at our hospital. Download the app to earn your first stamp. Search Montgomery Animal Hospital or Otherfamilydr in the apple or google play store.
Loyalty Program Rules:
- Participation is optional
- There is no expiration date
- Loyalty reward redemption will be applied at your next purchase
- All purchase stamps are non-retroactive
- It is the client’s responsibility to request stamps be applied to card
- Invoice must be paid in full at time of service to receive stamps
- Stamps have no monetary value
- In order for the stamps to sync on multiple devices, please use the same app login
- The hospital reserves the right to discontinue or modify the program at anytime
- This program may not combine with other discounts
- Valid on Canine and Feline services only
- Earn one stamp for every $100 spent(per invoice).
- Redeem 8 stamps for a $40 credit. Redeem 16 stamps for $100 credit.
- Not valid on monthly wellness plan payments.
