We’ve had a lot of inquiries regarding our hours of operation and and what types of services we are offering during this time. We wanted to make a quick post to give an update along with some helpful tips.
.) We are open and seeing patients as normal… Monday through Friday 7:00am to 5:30pm.
.) Our appointment schedule is staying booked 1-2 days in advance right now. If there is something your pet needs, please be sure to call as soon as you know so we can get them on the books.
.) If you are immunocompromised, elderly, or care for someone who is, we are happy to accommodate you. When you arrive, call from your car and a team member will bring your pet in while you wait in your vehicle. We will also bring medication out and collect payment. Just call when you arrive. 318-473-8177.
.) Our lobby is open for you to check in and pick up medications. Once you have checked in, please wait in the lobby or outside and keep a safe distance from others.
.) Most treatments/procedures will be done in our treatment area instead of exam rooms. Rest assured, our doctors and technicians will take time to address any concerns or questions you may have about your pet’s health.
.) Please call ahead for prescription refills to minimize your wait time in the lobby.
.) Some veterinary care, such as puppy vaccines and heartworm prevention, is time sensitive and imperative to your pet’s continued health. Please give us a call if you have any questions regarding what is essential for your pet at this time. Our veterinarians our happy to consult with you and make recommendations based on your pet’s current stage of life.
.) Our call volume is very high during this time. Please be sure to leave us a message. We will return all messages by the end of the day. For faster service, you can access your pet’s records and make an appointment using our online system.
We appreciate your cooperation as we all work together to keep our community healthy. ❤️
